1. The contest is open for married or unmarried male and female citizens of India born in India and Abroad (Age:- 19-27 Years Only).
2. Decision of Judges will be final and binding.
3. The participant should not be under contract with any person, firm, modeling agency or any corporation that would prevent his/her appearance or participation in this contest. The participant agrees to indemnify Albela Event & Markating for any claim etc. that may be brought against it in this regard.
4. The applicant once short listed cannot be a part of any other commercial contract or pageant until the final Event completes.
5. The applicants must behave in a manner befitting the title of “Dev And Diva 2017” The Applicants will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout as per the schedule given.
6. Incomplete forms to photocopies of filled-in-form will not be accepted.
7. Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to during or after the event
8. Candidates must conduct themselves in a proper manner and portray high moral standards. Candidates will not Consume any alcoholic beverages, use illegal drugs or publicly smoke or use foul language anytime or in any way misconduct herself/himself during the course of the entire contest.
9. Candidates understand and agree that should he/she be crowned the pageant winner, He /she must be available to the pageants for any and all personal Appearances at all scheduled events throughout her reign. He /she further understands that if they will be part of any state level shows may result in the forfeiture of her title and all prizes must be returned and her successor will take her place for the remainder of the year.
10. All photos submitted and taken during the Contest shall become the absolute property of Albela Event & Markating and may be used in future promotions and marketing events at their sole discretion and shall not be limited to Beauty pageants.
11. Candidates irrevocably consent and agree to unrestricted use by Albela Event & Markating, its authorized representatives, advertisers, successor, sponsors, customers and assigns of the name, picture, voice or photographs etc. of the Candidate for advertising purpose or purposes of promotion, trade, press release or motion picture etc. He/she waives the right to inspect or approve such competed pictures, advertising, videos used in connection thereof.
12. The information contained in all entries submitted will become the property of the organization and will not be returned.
13. Entries received after the last date will not be accepted. The organizers will not be responsible for entries lost or delayed in transit.
14. Entries received till the last date will be called for 1st round of selection and the finalists will be selected out of them only.
15. The entries will be judged by a panel of eminent judges. The decisions of the judges will be final and binding on every participant. No correspondence in connection with the procedure adopted or the result will be entertained.
16. All candidate have to deposit Rs 2000/- Or take membership through “Dev And Diva 2017”only towards the audition charges ( Non -Refundable)
17. In the event of any dispute, Organizers’ decisions are final and binding on the applicant.
18. Any dispute, whatsoever shall be subjected to Patna Jurisdiction Only.
19. The Candidate agrees to abide by all rules and regulations which may be changed from time to time by the organizers and he/she shall have no objection to the same whatsoever.
20. Participants agree that Albela Event & Markating has the sole discretion to strip the winner of his/her title if he/she violates any terms or spirit of this beauty pageant or any other signed agreements.
21. The participant shall not give any press interviews or hold a press conference or go for any other Shows without the prior permission in writing of the President of Albela Event & Markating.
22. The Albela Event & Markating is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any delays, disruptions, non-receipt of adequate number of applications or for acts of omission or commission on any account and for any reason Whatsoever.
23. Schedule of events qualification rounds are subject to change at the absolute discretion of the Organizers and the Candidate shall raise no objections whatsoever in this regard.
24. “Dev And Diva 2017”/Albela Event & Markating directors, officers and sponsors etc. are not responsible, accountable or liable in any manner whatsoever for any personal injury to anyone or damages/ compensation etc. on account of any event, incident, cancellation/change in the rules and regulations or change in dates of the events or for any happening of any kind whatsoever, prior to or during or after the event.
25. The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout the training program as per the schedule that will be given to them and participate in all the rehearsals. Any decision taken in this regard by Albela Event & Markating shall be final.
26. “Dev And Diva 2017” Organizers are not responsible for any direct or consequential loss or any physical injury that may occur to the applicant on account of their participation in the pageant. The applicant will participate at her own risk and liability and shall have no claim whatsoever on any account against “Dev And Diva 2017” Organizers.
27. The Organizers are not responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for non-completion / non- occurrence of the event.
28. The application processing fee is non-refundable under all circumstances
